Brief Description:	Nav lights, wings, panel.
Finished work on nav lights, installed. Cleaned wing top surfaces and noted where paint needs touch-up. Attempted to install landing light, tere is interference with muffler bracket, need to consult with Bill. Installed blind encoder. Installed yokes. Mounted floating panel. Installed radio and transponder.
