Brief Description:	Fabricating the W-818
Make the W-818 and W-716 pushrods. See Builder’s Manual section ATTACHING AILERONS TO THE WING and DWG 15A. Assemble the W-716 and W-818 pushrods as shown in DWG 15A. Prime both pushrods inside and out. Cover the inside by pouring a small quantity of primer inside the rod and slowly swirling it around or by spraying into each end. ******************************************************************************************************************** Getting the AN490-HT8P into the W-818 tube is quite challenging. I needed to debur and file the inside of the tube lightly. Apply some lubricating oil and use a "persuader" (i.e. rubber mallet) to get the AN490-HT8P into the W-818. This takes some effort, patience and time. Advise from previous RV builders provided cvonfidence of the approach. I applied a good quantity of lubricating oil into the W-818 as per the instructions prior to inserting the other end with the AN490-HT8P.
