Didn't like how the first one turned out so I ordered another from Van's and used a 2" hole saw on the drill press then cleaned the holes with a dremel tool. The 2.5" holes were a little too big and on a couple came out to the flange. I like how this one turned out better and I also took much less off the inboard end which bends in slightly for the aft spare doublers. Cut holes Trimmed Primed Riveted in place!
