Brief Description:	Wing Bolts Torqued and Striped
Bought a crappy torque wrench from Harbor Frieght that was a mistake! I now have a better one from Sears but should get a good one from Snap-on or someplace more likely to have a quality tool. Anyway all the nuts are torqued to spec and torque strip applied to allow inspections to determine if any have moved over time.
