Brief Description:  Wing rib prep

Long day. I finished edge prep on all of the main ribs. The process ended up something like this: 1) if the burrs on the lightening holes are not too bad, use the 1” scotch bright wheel in the die grinder to smooth the edge, otherwise, use the edge deburring tool, file, and or 80 grit sandpaper as necessary to smooth it out some before using the die grinder. 2) Smooth out the raised edge of the lightening holes with the 2” scotch bright wheel mounted in the drill press. 3) Sand out all the flange edges on the bench sander using 80 grit sandpaper to remove the forming burrs. 4) Using the 6” scotch bright wheel in the bench grinder smooth all edges. 5) Using the 280 grit emery cloth, floss the flange edges that cannot be reached with the scotch bright wheel. Very boring work, but after awhile you can really hone the technique to be very efficient.
