Brief Description: Mount blocks and Center brace prep
I used the drill press to drill the mounting holes in the plastic blocks. The drill press does a nice job of getting a straight hole through the block but if the bit wanders intitally you don't get the hole where you want it. I had that problem on some of the holes. I would recomend creating a hole template tool out of a stiff piece of alluminum plate and clamping that firmly to the plastic block to get the hole started where you want it.
I split the center block with the band saw. A straight edge guide works well.
I finished the night with prepping the center brace. Trimmed it down per drawing and adding the lightening holes.
