A lot of effort for 16 holes. Once I was reasonable happy that the center brace angle matched and supported all three pedal locations I decided to pilot drill the hole locations on the brace and use that to match drill the firewall angle. That allowed me to do a pretty good job getting the hole locations set in the center brace on the work bench instead of the airplane. This approach also required me to use the angle drill to match drill in the airplane. Finally I drilled the bolt holes (#12) for the center support block in each of the three pedal locations.
