Brief Description:  F-711 Bulkhead Assembly 1

I match drilled the holes in the F-711 A&B bulkheads just to aid in ease of clecoing for the later build steps. I fabricated the F-711D angle and got it to fit within the F-711A bulkhead. I cut the two F-711C bars to length but one ended up about 1/32” short when I had to cut it with a hack saw. Unless the cut is square you get bad results, and I did. Since I believe the upper end of these bars are the critical dimension and the lower end has edge margin tolerance (2.5/8 vs 5/8 available) I decided to build the longer one and then index the holes to the shorter bar. I marked the centerline on each bar, lined the bar up on the F-711A bulkhead, clamped, and then drilled the mating holes to the bulkhead in the bar. I then clamped both bars together and match drilled the lowest hole. And then while both bars were still clamped together I drilled the upper two holes also. Then I matched drilled the shorter bar to the bulkhead. Finally I drilled the two holes for the F-711D angle. Lastly I deburred all parts.
