Once FL 706A is positioned and drilled on the spar, I reassembled the spar, lower skin, and ribs. With one cleco holding Fl 706B to the inboard rib through the tooling hole and firmly clamped to FL 706A the rest of the drilling can be done. I then marked the outline of FL 706B on 706A and trimmed to match.
