Brief Description: Right Aileron assembly and riveting 1
I followed the plans on the assembly and riveting the right aileron together. First was blind riveting the nose ribs to the pipe. I then assembled this to the leading edge skin and spar and riveted on the nose ribs with the squeezer. Then the aft skin was added but only clecoed on the top side. Like other have done, I screwed this assembly to a couple wood blocks to make it easier to work on. Working from the edges inward, it was pretty easy to do the flush rivets solo with the tungsten bucking bar. Pauline came down and we worked together to finish the flush riveting - she ran the gun and I had the bucking bar.
Just open the bend on the tab a bit to get the puller in place
