Moving over to the other side of the fuse, I drilled the side rail and F-757 through the longeron and F 705 bulkhead,
Next was the F-721A forward canopy. Per the plans, the fastener line should be 7/16" from the vertex of the longeron. I measured and drew a line to line up the pre drilled holes to the longeron. I couldn't figure out a good way to clamp it into position. Best I could do was one C-clamp near the aft end. I then carefully drilled the most aft hole and put a cleco in. Then the same for the most forward hole. With the part now set in position I drilled the rest of the holes.
