I clecoed the forward bulkhead back into the center section to check the CT bolt fit through both the forward and aft bulkheads at the same time.
I am not particularly happy with the fit. I think I will fab up the tapered hardware store bolts and see if those will pass through both bulkheads with a little persuasion.
