Lots of work for 14 holes. First I fit the gear weldments using a combination of the "real" bolts for alignment and HW store bolts to cinch it into place. I then fit the bottom skin. I did this one gear weldment at a time since I don't think I could get the skin on with both of them in there. Once the bottom skin is riveted in the only way to get them in will be from the inside.
I drilled each hole in three steps - #30 then #19 then #12. Chip build up between all the layers is copius.
