Brief Description: Baggage compartment part prep and initial drilling

Some part prep and match drilling. Some of the tabs will require Pauline's halp with the drilling. I think I will need to work the flanges on the ribs in order to get the F 750's to fit right.

Edge margin looks marginal on end tabs

Can't quite get all the clecos in F 750 on left side
