I repeated the process from the inner stiffeners to locate the two end holes for attachment to the wing spar and firewall. I then drew a target line connecting the two holes to sight through the bottom skin.
I then clamped up both stiffeners and pinned both ends by drilling using the existing holes in the wing spar and firewall stiffener.
Then, I put the bottom skin back on and crawled up underneath the fuselage to cleco the outer stiffeners in. The holes lined up well with the centerline. I was a little worried about drilling this solo but I took it slow and did not use much pressure on the drill. Came out good.
