Brief Description:  F715 Rib drill upper flange to floors

This was pretty straight forward. Some fluting was done on the upper flange to help match seat skin edge (with a +0.032” offset). I think the idea here is to provide some clearance from the side skin to seat skin so the latter can be removed and installed. It seems to me though that getting the F715 rib snug against the side skin is the more critical alignment. The seat skins can always be trimmed to fit.

The +0.032 spacing was a little tough to do. Clamping opportunities are limited with the F715 installed in the center section and there is no opportunity to set the gap at the fore and aft ends of the rib as those ends are constrained by the bulkheads.
