Brief Description: Side Skins conical bend and prep
OK, time to figure out the conical bend and make it happen. First I had to drill out the hole for the step. Some builders drill this after making the bend but the plans call for this to happen first.
There is no specific directions for making the bend other then the pictures in the manual. I was unsure as to where to eactly put the bend line. Researching other builder sites didn't provide me any specific details. In the end I used the pictures in the manual to guide me.
I used my back rivet plate clamped to the table edge for the bend line. I used a srap angle from the firewall to drill and cleco to the skin edge.
