The inner seat access ribs got a couple additional #12 holes that support the installation of an aft battery cable run. I don’t anticipate that I will be doing this, but there is no downside to adding these holes, and now is the time to do it.
The second thing I got done was fabricating the four F-916C spacers. The plans lead off with this task for the mid fuselage section, but I think I only got as far as locating a piece of scrap bar that I could make these from. I then jumped to other stuff, but now I need them.
It is a well exercised process by now. Measure, mark, cut, edge finish, drill, debur. I stacked up all four to edge finish and drill. Looking at their application on the bottom of the aft side of the seat ribs I don’t see the accuracy of the parts being critical.
