After getting all the 705 Bulkhead parts prepped and primed I started in on the 706 bulkhead while the primer was drying after cleaning up the work table and surrounding areas. Not a lot accomplished but I did round up most of the parts, edge prepped them, fluted the flanges, and then clecoed it all together to get a visual on what the work was. The bulkhead frames are amazingly flimsy and of a very thin gauge. I suppose the depth of the web on these parts provide the strength needed when everything is assembled. I sure hope so anyway. There are a couple parts that are made from angle stock. I did not fish out that material or fabricate them.
