Brief Description: 705 Bulkhead - bending the F705K
A 5" vice, lots of clamps, Home Depot aluminum angle for backing, and well calibrated eyeballs are all it takes to make these 4 degree bends. Actually it is not that critical of an angle. All you need is the bend to be sufficient to touch the edge of the F705F channel with the spacer underneath.
I also drilled and dimpled the holes for the two nutplates
