Left LE splice plate: It was late but I decided to make a little progress. I de-burred the holes in the splice plate and dimpled the #40 holes with my new sub-structure die from Cleveland tools. I dug out the correct plate nuts for the Tank attachment and started drilling holes for attaching them by sacrificing one plate nut and one # 8 screw for a template. I didn’t get them all finished.
