It was a hot and sunny day today, perfect for an outdoor scrub session. I tried a new process (for me) on the ribs. I used metal prep and a scotch bright pad to lightly scrub the ribs. I did not scuff up the ribs with dawn detergent and water per my usual process. The ribs quickly dried outdoors on the clothes line. Next, I brushed on alodine 1201 and again, rinsed and dried. After that, two coats of SEM self etching primer. I got all 14 left wing main ribs complete.
