Been out of commission for a while dealing with the trees that had to come down before the landscape crew gets here. I finished up the right spar de-burring and started on the left side. As others have done, I decided to dimple rather then machine countersink the spar doubler that goes under the outboard aileron bracket. The underlying main rear spar (and eventually the outboard main rib) was dimpled also. I repeated everything for the left spar assembly. Scrubbed and cleaned all the parts for both rear spar assemblies and got a couple coats of primer on them. No pictures.
