I spent too much time on the web researching next steps. I’ve decided to get one flop tube for the casual aerobatics I plan to fly. I need to order that from Vans. I was getting a mixed message looking at VAF on the subject of a return fuel line to the tanks for a fuel injected IO360. There doesn’t seem to be a straightforward answer on it or any consensus that I could determine. I would like to provision for it at this time rather than later. Some say the ECI engines are the only engines that do, some say no. One post that caught my eye was the need to run a return line if you planned on running Mogas. I’ll have to think about it.
All I got done was cutting out and finishing one T-405 bracket. I used a T-410 to trace the shape on one flange, and used the drawing to measure and mark the outline on the other. It came our nice.
