I removed the rear tank baffle from the right tank assembly and deburred all the holes. I had previously done all the edge finishing on the baffle when I had the tank off to match drill the skin to the structure. I clecoed in each stiffener for the right tank labeling them as I went with the tank still assembled. The Stiffening flange is “aft” in the tank per the drawings. Just like the rudder and elevator stiffeners, the length an hole pattern determine where they fit. I marked up Van’s drawings with my part marking scheme in case I forget. I put the baffle back on and returned the tank to the wing to make some room on the bench.
