I straightened the stall mechanism rib flanges with the rib flange tool. No fluting was required. I drilled the stall vane slot marker holes and then removed the material in between to create the slot per the plans. This was tougher then I thought. I didn’t have a file small enough to fit the drilled hole to connect the dots. My cut off wheel was too big. The hole was too small to start a hack saw blade. What I ended up doing was using the drill with a smaller bit to oblong the hole enough to get the hack saw blade started. I then connected the holes with the hack saw blade on each side. At that point, I could get a file into the slot and smooth out the rough edge. Emery cloth and a scotchbrite pad finished it off. Not perfect, but good enough.
