I rolled leading edge skins with two vice grips and duct tape. Technique was to wind up one side and hold it, then reposition the vice grip on the other side, wind that one up and repeat. The result requires some hand forming after untaping it. Once I could get all the clecos in I called it good.
Drilled and deburred the holes and then blind riveted the leading edge.
I finished up with some blind rivets in the end rib trailing edge and added the rod ends.
