Brief Description: Started back riveting the stiffeners to the skin
Not much time on the project today with other chores around the house
I back riveted most of the left side skin.
22 PSI at the regulator with my 3X gun seems to be about right for these AN426AD3-3 flush rivets.
This is the first time I’ve felt consistent and competent with the rivet gun. Shooting against the back rivet plate probably eliminates one of the variables in the process. With shooting and gauging each one, I find that several of them I can complete first try without having to hit them again. I must be learning something.
