Brief Description:  Static balance, drag links, tail rotor

Removed the blade 2 tip weight, cleaned it and the screws that secure it with acetone, weighed the tip weight at 350.4 grams. Reinstalled the weight and end plug.

Removed the blade 1 weight again and drilled a couple of dimples in it to remove an additional 0.6 grams bringing its weight down to 338.0g. Reinstalled the weight and end plug and checked balance one last time and best I can tell with the digital level, the blades are within balance to less than 0.05 degree.

Per the build video I placed a nickel on the tip of one blade then the other marking the distance the blade fell using the front blade support leaned up against the blade tip and each blade moved 1-1/4" then returned to their original position once the nickel was removed. the checkout pilot will verify and fine adjust the balance with a jig before final install of the blades so this is close enough for now.

Final installed and torqued the tail rotor hub bolt that attaches the hub to the tail output shaft.

Made up a 3 lb weight from a bicycle tube filled with lead shot which was then hung on the pitch links while adjusting the drag links to re-level the blades per the build video. It was difficult to get repeatable readings with the digital level after shaking the head to let the blades find their level
so I got them as close as I could and will let the check pilot fine tune this as hopefully he has a better way of doing it or more skill in doing it this way.

Reinstalled the pitch links, torqued the grip end of the drag link since it should not need removed again. Applied torque stripe to several nuts on the head and tail.
