Used thick CA to glue fiberglass screen to the inside surface of the blade end plugs to keep bugs out. Did the same on the back side of the root end blade plugs.
Drilled a 1-1/4" deep hole into the solid leading edge at the end of each blade using a 3/16" drill then opened up with a #7 drill and tapped 1" deep with 1/4 -20. These holes are used for final span-wise balancing of the blades during checkout by adding steel set screws of the needed length/weight to the light blade.
