Brief Description:  Rotor end plug

Ordered some 100 degree screws from Aircraft Spruce so I could use the micro stop counter sink. Will still have to use one of the 82 degree screws that came with the kit for the first hole I did with the 82 deg. counter sink.

Counter sunk the remaining 4 holes on the top of blade one and installed the screws. turned the blade over and marked out the positions for the 5 bottom screws so they would not hit the top screws and would also leave room to drill the other two 1/4" air holes through the plug.

Drilled and counter sunk the bottom holes. Even using the micro stop, the counter sink ended up moving a couple of the holes over slightly closer to the edge so I had to cheat the screw holes in the wood over to match so the screws could go in close to straight and have the heads mostly flush with skin. The screws still tighten up fine and I will be soaking the holes with CA to help harden the threads. On the second blade I will come up with a way to keep the counter sink from walking off center.
