Used the bench sander to final fit the wood end plug in blade #1, a lot of checking, marking, sanding checking, marking and so on.
Once the plug was fit, I marked the locations for the 5 top crews and drilled the holes in the blade skin and into the plug using my drilling block to keep them square to the skin. Counter sunk the first hole before calling it a night.
