Brief Description:  More panel wiring

Spent more time adding wires to the lower panel.

Added:
GPS power leads connected to ground on the terminal strip and to power on the Radio/GPS switch.

Radio power and ground leads from the switch and ground terminal, ready to connect to the radio plug I still need to make up.

Upper panel instrument power lead from the Inst. switch, ready to connect to the 9 pin upper panel connector.

Removed the brass bus bar from the row of breakers and cut out the center section that had been connected to the Main Fuel Solenoid (MFS) breaker. Made up a short jumper to connect the two short bus bars. Made up two diode jumpers to connect the MFS breaker to the main bus and to the switched side of the Aux Gov switch. This will allow the backup battery to power the MFS when the main bus drops voltage during starting, keeping the MFS closed preventing fuel from entering the burner can too soon in the start sequence and allowing the fuel pressure to be directed only to the start fuel circuit.

This change was needed due to the normally open MFS which needs about 9 volts to shut off fuel flow as opposed to the normally closed MFS which needed constant voltage to maintain fuel flow during flight.
