Drilled a 7/32 hole in the governor back plate for a rubber grommet and the three conductor throttle wire that connects to the throttle potentiometer on the collective.
Stripped several inches of the outer insulation from the shielded three conductor 22 gauge wire and fished the wires out through the intact shielding and added a couple pieces of heat shrink. Crimped and soldered a 3/16 ring terminal to the shielding so it can be grounded to the back of the governor plate.
Threaded the wire through the grommet, installed #6 ring terminals on the three wires and attached to the appropriate positions on the governor.
Secured the wire to the back plate, ready to be routed to the potentiometer.
