Made up the various heavy cables for connecting the batteries to each other, the starter and the external power port.
Made up 7 cables, cutting to length then crimping and soldering large ring terminals to the wires and applying heat shrink. Ring terminals vary in size from 3/16" - 3/8" used the step drill to enlarge the holes on a few to get the proper fit.
Loosely attached the cables until I receive the copper bar stock I ordered to make up short 90 degree bus bars for attaching the wires at the sides of the batteries.
Purchased cap screws for the battery treminals (6mm) and bus bar (10/32) and drilled 1/16 holes through the heads for saftey wiring.
