Purchased some ratcheting wire crimpers then worked with my friend John who is a retired TWA electrical tech to be sure the crimper and I are doing a decent job installing the PIDG terminals. These terminals have a larger rear barrel that crimps onto the wire insulation for added strain relief.
Installed the two terminals on the A/C wires from the engine coil to the rectifier. Stripped one wire a little long so it sticks out the front of the crimp a little more than ideal but it doesn't interfere with the screw so it'll be ok.
