Used an 8-32 tap to clean up the threads in the nut plates for the lower panel.
Removed the upper panel, connected the static and pitot tubes, Attached the radio, FS-450, exhaust temp, engine tach, LED leads and the 9 pin connector. Secured the wire bundles for strain relief.
Final installed the upper panel, added a couple of stick on zip tie anchors to the inside walls of the pod to secure the extra wire and pitot static tubes.
Put a couple of screws in the lower panel and temporarily connected the antenna to the radio. Powered up and verified operation of everything now that the panels are in position. Made a radio call to the FBO for a radio check, loud and clear.
