Removed the collective tube to apply grease to the bearing surfaces then installed with locking nuts and cotter pin. Re-installed the cyclic tube greasing the collective attachment bolts, installed lock nuts at the attachment points and mixer/control tubes.
Safety wired the collective slider bolts and lower pitch tube bolt.
Added about 5 squirts of Green Grease to the hood bearing via the grease zerk. Did not see grease out of the seal but not sure how much should be put in so I stopped at 5 pumps until I check into it.
Installed the collective balance springs. Holes were previously drilled and tapped in the collective slider and eyelet screws fabricates from AN3 bolts to attach the springs rather than using safety wire through holes drilled in the corners of the slider.
Added double nuts to the top fuel tank mounting bolts.
