Filed flats on the sides of the stop bolt to give 6 degrees of side to side travel on the swashplate. Final installed the bolt with locking nuts and double checked swash travel. Still need to adjust fore/aft stops to limit swash to 6 degrees (12 total) per plans.
Verified the length of the two bolts that attach the collective ears to the collective slider to make sure they won't contact the cyclic tube when tightened. With the bushing, fender washer and regular washer installed the bolts have approx. 1/16 clearance.
