Brief Description: Idler pulley and engine alignment
More work on determining the alignment of the idler pulley. Looks like the rear hole will need to be elongated about 1/16" down and to the left to make the pulley square with the belts and trans pulley.
Also determined that top of the engine is not symmetrical and not an accurate way to check for level, side to side. Looking at the engine from the back of the ship I can see sight the two mounting studs on the rear of the engine with a frame cross tube. This shows that the left mount needs to be shortened about another 1/4" to rotate the engine mount studs to level and allowing for final, final alignment of the drive pulleys. I hope.
