Polished the idler pulley and jeweled the flanges on each side. Installed the pulley again and again measured its alignment with the digital scale and straight edges. Decided that it's within tolerance as is so I went ahead and final installed it.
Used a drill jig block to hand drill two holes through the bottom engine web to mount the exciter coil box.
