Did some final shaping, edge smoothing of the oil tank mount straps then started on making up the various turbine oil lines.
Made the short vent line that attaches the tank to the gear case.
Completed one of two return lines from the scavenger pump to the oil tank and started on the second.
It appears that my flaring tool is not very good at making the 1/4" flares. It had worked well on the 5/16" tubing but the die for the 1/4" is not well shaped and won't close completely around the tube and top of the two die halves do not seem to be level with each other making the flare uneven. I will have to look at it closer before proceeding and may have to replace it.
