Drilled out the mounting hole in the lower straps to 5/16" and bolted them to the gearbox to check fit.
Had to slightly tweak the bend angles for a good fit then drilled the 3/16" holes in the oil tank flange and used them to mark the hole location in the straps.
Bolted the tank to the gearbox with all four straps and made sure everything tighted down evenly and the tank is secure.
Need to smooth a couple spots on the geabox where the oil tank is held against it to make sure there are no sharp edges to will cut into the tank over time with vibration.
Now ready to start fabricating the engine oil lines.
