Cleaned flashing around fitting holes in topo tank and installed fittings and through bolts. Rinsed out tank with water and then filled completely to leak test. No leaks found except seeping when around filler when turned upside down.
Cut and drilled two support plates that will get attached to the frame tubes under the top fuel tank to spread the load where the tank rests on the tubes.
