Brief Description:  Fuel system flush, fuel flow meter test

Cut the wires to length from the fuel flow meter to the transducer and installed the supplied plug. Installed ring terminals on the flow meter power leads and temporarily connected to the terminal strip.

Cut to length and installed the last three pieces of fuel tubing. Poured 4 gallons of gas into the tank then pumped it back into the can with the hose disconnected ahead of the fuel flow transducer. Poured the gas back into the tank, connected the line to the transducer, powered up the fuel flow meter and pumped the gas out again

Fuel flow showed 20.0 to 20.7 and registered a total of 3.8 gallons when the pump started sucking air, leaving approximately .2 gallons unusable in the tanks.
