Drained gas from the tanks after 3 days with no leaks. Added double nuts to all the bottom tank mounting bolts.
Removed the bolt holding the front cyclic tube rod end and loosened up the ball by tightening a bolt through it and spinning it with my drill. The ball is now easily turned in the rod end but not completely loose. Re-installed the front support bolt with a new lock nut.
