Added sump fittings in the bottoms of the lower tanks so I will be able to sump/drain most of the last 16-20 oz of fuel that is below the level of the fuel feed fittings.
Used threaded type wheel valve stems with o-rings under the flange similar to the bolts that secure the tanks to the frame.
