Assembled fittings with Permatex thread sealant, installed o-ringed fitting and bolts into tank, rinsed out tanks, installed o-ring sealed access plates and screws then plugged fittings and filled with water to leak test. No initial leaks noted, left full of water over night.
After 12 hrs full of water no, leaks were seen. Drained tanks and set aside to dry.
