Brief Description: More polishing, seat foam, safety wiring
Cut two styrofoam seat fillers, from provided templates, that will go under the bottom cushion to adjust pilot height and firm up the bottom of the seat.
Polished the four carrier bearing mounts and the output coupler on the main trans. Began polishing the battery boxes I got from Hap Miller.
Changed the six bolts that hold the tail rotor gearbox to the frame from the AN4-7A that came in the kit to AN4-6A so that they wouldn't need 3 thick washers under the heads to prevent the shank bottoming in the hole. Torqued the new bolts then safety wired.
Installed the drive shaft coupler, torqued the nut and marked with torque seal.
