Reamed the drive shaft bolt holes in the carrier bearings and end couplers with a 3/16 reamer which gives the bolts a nice tight fit and they have to be tapped or turned into the holes.
Installed the front section of tubing into the frame and verified that the clearance at the front coupler is still good, about .020 at the top left and .037 at the bottom right.
